Individual sessions are built around you. We work together to define your goals and ensure every session is tailored to your specific needs and pace.

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to re-process traumatic or distressing life experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess painful memories, reducing their emotional charge and long-term impact.

Clinical Supervision
I offer a collaborative, reflective space for psychologists and other mental health practitioners to enhance their practice. Whether you are seeking regular oversight or specialist consultation, I provide a supportive environment to navigate complex cases and prevent burnout.
Cost: £90 per session.

Drawing on clinical expertise, I deliver engaging workshops and seminars designed to deepen understanding and improve practitioner confidence. Whether it is a one-off specialist session or an ongoing development programme, all training is tailored to meet your specific learning objectives.
